1- Board Chairman of the Research & Follow Up Authority, Govt. of RAK ( Nov. 2000- Sept. 2006).
2- A member of the executive bureau of The Arab Public Committee for the Support of the Intifadh and the Resistance of the Zionist Program (2001-2002).
3- Chairman of the Research & Investigation Committee, R.A.K Local Government (1994- 1999).
4- Informal advisor to a number of governmental bodies & establishments.
5- Lecturing in Zayid Military College, College of Military Commanders, The Ministry of the Interior, & the Foreign Service Diplomatic Corps training program.
6- Writing a weekly press article in al- Ittihad Newspaper.
7- Contributing opinions and comments to local and Arab news papers: Al Khalij, Akhbar Al Arab newspapers, & al Islah Magazine (see below).
